1. What payment methods do you accept?
At RelaxWeller, we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal Express Checkout. Unfortunately, we do not accept bank transfers or cash on delivery at this time.
2. How secure is my online order?
Your security is our priority. When you place an order using your credit card, all your details are processed through a secure SSL-encrypted page. Your payment is securely handled by our trusted payment provider, and we do not store your credit card details on our servers.
3. When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional processing time during holidays and peak sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday, and they are typically prepared within 1-2 business days before shipping.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Tracking numbers are usually provided within 24 hours after your order is dispatched.
5. What is your return policy?
